研究本身The study itself
随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究，对象是 KGC05pg 红参原料 —— 是原料，不是整支饮品。2024 年 12 月刊登在同行评审期刊 Medicine。A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study on the KGC05pg red ginseng ingredient — the ingredient, not the finished drink. Published December 2024 in the peer-reviewed journal Medicine.
为什么建议 12 周？研究做了 12 周，也就是 4 盒的长度。HbA1c 反映大约之前两到三个月，所以想在下次复诊时有东西可以比较，12 周是最少的；只想先试试能不能坚持，从一盒开始也可以。Why 12 weeks? The study ran 12 weeks, which is four boxes. HbA1c reflects roughly the previous two to three months, so if you want something to compare at your next check-up, 12 weeks is the minimum. If you just want to see whether you can stick with it, starting with one box is fine.

身体里面在发生什么What's going on inside
饭后想睡、数字一年比一年高 —— 背后是同一个循环，和意志力没有关系。Post-meal drowsiness, a number that creeps up every year — it’s the same loop behind both, and none of it is about willpower.
食物进到肚子。肠道比血液更早知道，接着马上开始发出信号。Food arrives in the gut. The gut knows before your bloodstream does, and it starts signalling immediately.
这个荷尔蒙是你身体自己制造的，每一餐都会分泌。它负责通知胰脏：食物到了。同时让胃排空得慢一些 —— 所以一餐可以撑几个小时，而不是一个小时后又饿。This hormone is made by your own body, at every meal. It tells the pancreas that food has arrived. It also slows how fast the stomach empties — which is why a meal can hold you for a few hours instead of leaving you hungry again in one.
就是这个信号，让胰岛素在对的时候工作 —— 不会太早，也不会太迟。That signal is what tells insulin to act at the right moment — not too early, not too late.

Shake a few times before drinking. Real spoilage looks like a loose cap, an off smell, or a passed date on the box base. If you see any of these, don’t drink it; take a photo and WhatsApp Andy.
